The company was created in 1979 by Engineer Francisco J. Niederberger under the name of EMULPAR (Emulsiones Paraguayas). 

It was the first Paraguayan industry in the manufacture of asphalt emulsions in Paraguay for many years. The first processing plant was imported from the United States, and both American and Spanish technicians came for its installation and start-up.

After the death of the father and founder of the Company, it was renamed PRODUPAR - Productos Paraguayos Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada.

The industry expanded, selling today all types of Asphalts and Emulsions, as well as additives. 

We have an asphalt melting plant, and we import asphalts from several countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, and Russia.

We have a modern and updated laboratory to perform the tests required to ensure the quality of the products, with highly trained and specialized people.
